Bioregional & Kinship explorations

into what we know, think, feel and care

about the places we live.

Explorations are usually a group of 3 to 9 people walking in nature, for around an hour, close to where they live. The aim is to become more in touch with our lifeplace through imaginative inquiry into our relationships with all the beings and systems (natural and social) that compose it.

Think of it as an inter-mingling of a walking meditation, a nature-connection exercise, and a guided reflection on edges and centres of relationship and power.

Many variations are possible:

  • a longer walk
  • a more human-made-environment
  • more focus on particular aspects of nature or culture

I also offer the opportunity to learn the process.
